LIVING

It is almost the end of January, the first month of the year 2010. Everyone has been talking about their plans and focus for this New Year. Contemplating that one month of the twelve is already gone, I let my mind wander to what I see my life encompassing for this year and beyond.

Life Changes
Stages
Seasons
Never stagnant
New horizons
Excitement
Vision
Hope
Letting go
Grabbing on
Embracing tenderly
Laughing
Dancing
Tears
Gentleness
Organization
Simplifying
Getting tough
Saying no
Saying yes
Mourning
Rejoicing
Priorities
Family
Friends
God

Sounds like a full life.

Hi Friend,
I enloyed this. It does sound like a full year but I know God has you in his hands and if anyone can handle it, you can! You're the only one I know that can make your yearly "to do" list poetic.
Love ya, Kathy W.

Thanks Kathy and Kristen. This is how my mind works when I am just letting it roam. Sometimes I am surprised at what comes out.

I love that, "Never stagnant". Sounds like a great, short mantra to remember every day--to motivate and encourage.

It's amazing that January is already coming to a close! Seems like we just rang in the new year! But I think it's a great idea to keep reminding ourselves all year what our priorities really should be!

Janna, thanks for stopping by.

Cindy, Stagnation comes from standing still, that's when things start to stink. If I keep moving things will always be fresh. :)

Jody, It is hard to believe that in a few days we will be writing February.

Elana, Thank you for stopping by my blog.

Wow. Your mind pumps all that out when it's wandering? What happens when you're trying? :D I like that Hope was on the list.
